Fiumicino Faro

Alessia was very kind, she made us find water and breakfast for the next morning, even if it was not included, the structure is excellent, very convenient with the train station to go to Rome city center. Close to a big shopping center, which offers many food options, as well as a big supermarket. Welcoming, well organized, really a beautiful experience. This time I went without children, but they would have really appreciated the terrace with sofas for a great relax.

Great place close to the sea and Fiumicino airport.

Great location in Fiumicino, within a quick walk to many great restaurants. Added bonus...it's on the top floor with a great sea view from the patio! It was the perfect place to stay for our last night in Italy before our flight out the following morning.

  • What amenities are included in the apartments?

    All apartments have WiFi internet connection, Smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher , full kitchen, terrace and spacious livingroom.

    The sound structure is not equipped with sound and biancheria in the bathroom.

  • How far are the properties from Fiumicino International Airport FCO?

    The Parco Leonardo facilities are located near the FS train station, just one train stop from Fiumicino airport (5min). By car, the facilities are easily reached by taking the Rome-Fiumicino A91 highway. The facilities on the coast can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and are about 5km from the airport.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    In all the structures it is possible to park for free in the surrounding streets. Exclusively for the apartments Faro10 and Faro15 it is possible to reserve a free parking space (subject to availability).

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    All apartments are suitable for single travellers, couples and families with small children (crib and high chair available on request).

  • Are there restaurants nearby?

    Yes, all the apartments are located in areas fully served by restaurants and bar (all at walking distances).
